1. Acceptance
By using Pulsify you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Permitted use
You may use Pulsify to upload and stream video content you own or have rights to. You must not stream content that infringes copyright, is illegal, or violates YouTube's terms of service.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and stream keys secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Streaming depends on third-party platforms (YouTube) which are outside our control.
5. Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
7. Limitation of liability
Pulsify is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
