1. What data we collect
We collect your name, email address, and encrypted stream keys. We also store metadata about videos you upload and your livestream history.
2. How we use your data
Your data is used solely to provide the Pulsify service - encoding videos, scheduling streams, and billing. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g. Stripe for payments).
3. Data retention
Stream log files are automatically purged after 30 days. Original uploaded files are purged after 7 days. Anonymised account records are deleted after 90 days following account deletion.
4. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, export, and delete your personal data at any time from your account settings.
5. Security
Stream keys are stored encrypted using AES-256. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
