GOT QUESTIONS?
You upload a pre-recorded video, we encode it to broadcast quality, and then stream it live to YouTube using your stream key - on repeat or on a schedule. No OBS, no keeping your computer on, no babysitting.
Most common formats work: MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI, WebM. We transcode everything to H.264/AAC for reliable RTMP delivery, so your source format doesn't matter much as long as it's a real video file.
Go to YouTube Studio → Go Live → Stream tab. Copy the stream key from there and paste it into Pulsify. Make sure your YouTube channel has live streaming enabled - it can take up to 24 hours after first activation.
Our supervisor process automatically detects a crash and restarts FFmpeg within seconds. If it fails too many times in a row (auth error, bad stream key, etc.) we mark it as an error and notify you so you're not streaming into the void.
Up to 2 GB on the free plan. Paid plans raise this limit. If your file is too large, compress it first - most streaming content doesn't need to be massive to look great at 1080p.
Yes. Stream keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and never appear in logs or error messages. We treat them the same way we treat passwords.
YouTube is supported right now. Twitch and other RTMP platforms are on the roadmap - any platform that gives you a stream key and an RTMP endpoint will work once we add it.
Go to Billing → your current plan → Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then drops to free. No hidden fees, no retention dark patterns.
Yes. Account Settings → Data gives you a full JSON export of everything we hold on you. You can also delete your account there - it removes all your files, stream history, and personal data immediately.
